Short-term Goals

Rishama's vision for the short term is to continue to grow the orphanage and school and finish construction. Specifically we have the following short-term goals:

• Grow our farm and orchard to a larger scale so that it becomes self-sustaining for our food needs
• Finish the existing construction projects
• Build a chapel

Long-term Goals

We have the following long term goals:

• Bring technical training courses to Rishama so that students can learn technical trades
• Continue to grow the school and expand our faculty to the point that we could offer university-level degree programs
  

Our farm serves two purposes - it provides us with food and also helps our children learn valuable farming skills
